Who can attend the Happiness Program? β€Ί

Anyone above 18 years of age can attend. People from all backgrounds – students, working professionals, homemakers, retired individuals – join the program and benefit from it.

Is prior experience in yoga or meditation required? β€Ί

No. The program is designed for complete beginners as well as those who have done other practices before. The techniques are taught step-by-step in a very simple way.

Is this program free? β€Ί

There is a donation of β‚Ή2,500. This contribution supports Art of Living service projects and also gives you lifetime membership with The Art of Living – including weekly follow-up sessions, free repetition of the Happiness Program (as per policy) and more.

What should I bring for the course? β€Ί

Carry a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for light yoga. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to settle down.

Is it compulsory to attend all days & full timings? β€Ί

Yes, the Happiness Program is a complete experiential workshop. Each session builds on the previous one, so attending all days in full is essential to learn Sudarshan Kriya properly.
